Leandro Noli (* before 1939) is a former Uruguayan road cyclist .

Noli was initially active as a football player in the position of left defender at Salus FC . Because of injuries, he found cycling.

In 1939 he was the overall winner of the Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay in front of the runner-up Paulino García and Luis M. Soler († in February 2005) third. During the tour he also took second place on the first two stages. Noli started that year for the Club Nacional de Football team . The overall victory earned him a prize of 700 pesos, which he however passed on to his father. In addition, the overall victory resulted in the end of his cycling career, because he had previously promised his girlfriend that if he won, he would marry her and give up cycling. He kept his promises within two years.

The Uruguayan Post issued a postage stamp with his likeness.
