The Lee Glacier is a glacier in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . In the Churchill Mountains it flows from the area around Mount Frost and Mount Coley in a southeast direction to the Jorda Glacier .

The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2003 after the politician Sandra Lee-Vercoe (* 1952), New Zealand's Environment Minister from 1999 to 2002, who was particularly committed to environmental protection in the Antarctic.
