Lee Seung-hoon (* 26. July 1960 in North Chungcheong , South Korea ) is a former South Korean boxer in the super bantamweight . He was managed by Ho-Yun Chun .

On July 30, 1977, he successfully made his professional debut. On January 18, 1987, he became world champion of the IBF when he defeated Prayurasak Muangsurin by technical knockout in round 9. He defended this belt three times and held it until the following year.

In 1989 he ended his career.
