State-certified teachers of shorthand give lessons in public and private schools shorthand . They are assigned to the profession of teacher for specialist practice . Examination board / requirements
In the larger federal states, the ministries of education generally commission the responsible district president to carry out the examination. The exam is taken before a state committee.
Proof must be good writing skills (in North Rhine-Westphalia 140 syllables / minute, in Bavaria 150 syllables / minute), knowledge of systems science and the methodology of shorthand teaching.
