Adductor group

Symptoms

  • Pain (possibly only when exercising) at the tendon attachment or in the pubic region
  • Painful adduction against resistance,
  • Abduction painful and with restricted mobility
  • Possibly swelling

therapy

There are numerous therapeutic approaches. What they all have in common, however, due to the high risk of a chronic course, is a reduction in load and, depending on the severity of the injury, a longer break in sports. After the symptoms have subsided, there is usually a remodulation phase to reduce the risk of renewed injuries to the attachment tendons.
