Lectionary 8 ( called sigla 8 after the numbering of Gregory-Aland ) is a Greek manuscript of the New Testament on sheets of parchment (vellum). It was dated to the 14th century by means of paleography .

The code contains lessons from the Gospels according to John, Matthew, and Luke. It is a lectionary ( evangelistarium ). It was written in Greek minuscule on 309 sheets of parchment (34 × 28 cm). Each page has 2 columns and 28 lines.

The manuscript was written by the monk Kosmas.

The manuscript once belonged to Colbert, as did the lectionaries 7 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 . It was examined by Wettstein and Scholz.

The code is now in the Bibliothèque nationale de France (Gr. 312) in Paris .
