Lemma route

A Lemmastrecke is in the lexicography a subset of contiguous lemmas a dictionary , such as a band of a multi-volume encyclopedia . The following lemma series shows two special cases of alphabetical sorting , which in most cases is used as an order:

Dacapo, D'accord, Dacron, Dada, Dädaleum

The lemma range depends on the type of alphabetical sorting, i.e. the treatment of special characters . The 1996 reform of German spelling also changed the lemma lines in dictionaries.
