Leonie Pichler (* 2. April 1984 in Oberschweinbach as Petra Leonore Pichler ) is a German author and playwright , as artistic director of the ensemble Blue Spots Productions by the federal government with the price of creative pilot was excellent and in 2017 for the Danish theater prize Reumert Awart nominated was .

Life

Leonie Pichler studies philosophy, theater and literature in Germany, France and America until 2011. In 2011, she founded the free multimedia theater ensemble Bluespots Productions in Augsburg , which was recognized by the German government as a cultural and creative pilot in Germany in 2014. For their piece Die Winterreise , Bluespots Productions was awarded the Media Prize of the City of Augsburg in 2016.

Since 2018 she has also been working as a lecturer at the state drama school in Denmark. In 2017 she was nominated for the Reumert Awart Danish theater award for her Danish play Die Svendborger Gedichte .
