Learning outcome summary

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the learning outcome summary , an attempt is made to reflect on the content and the outcome of a learning phase with the help of open questions . The questions formulated as incomplete sentence beginnings should be completed and make it easier to formulate personal comments of different levels.

This makes it possible to make visible what has been learned, as the students are also encouraged to reflect on their own learning process. Again, the teacher can use the learning outcome summary for formative evaluations and as feedback for their lessons and deal with it in the following lesson .

In Austria, the learning outcome is assessed as an “innovative approach” to assessing performance.
