The museum in Kiev's Shevchenko Raion on Wulytsja Saksahanskoho ( Вулиця Саксаганського ) number 97 is part of the "Museum Complex of Prominent Personalities of Ukrainian Culture", which is housed in the former homes of the latter.

The museum, opened in 1962, consists of two floors. The lower one shows the family's rooms as they lived back then and on the upper floor is a literary exhibition that describes the life and work. The museum's exhibits include portraits of the poet, manuscripts, rare books and magazines, household goods, embroidery and souvenirs she brought back from her travels.
