Leslie Bannister Walton

Leslie Bannister Walton (* 1895 - September 9, 1960 in Edinburgh ) was a British Romanist and Hispanist .

life and work

Walton studied at Jesus College (Oxford) and was Forbes Lecturer and Reader in Spanish and Head of the Spanish Department at Edinburgh University from 1920 until his death .
