Lev Michailowitsch Tschintschuk

Lev Michailowitsch Tschintschuk (* 1868 , † 1944 ) was a Russian politician and diplomat.

biography

Tschintschuk was the plenipotentiary ambassador of the USSR in Berlin from 1930 to 1933 . From 1934 he was People's Commissar for Internal Trade of the RSFSR .
