The Libera is a boat class in sailing .

The yachts are up to 12.70 meters long. So-called outriggers widen the ships to enable the crew to shift the center of gravity in the trapeze to an extreme extent .
In addition to a helmsman and a bowman , up to eleven other sailors ride on a Libera to carry out the weight compensation.
