LibreCMC is an embedded GNU / Linux distribution for devices with limited resources, such as B. WLAN router . Although a major development goal for LibreCMC WLAN routers is, it provides support for a number of other devices and use cases, such as: B. Pocket computers . In 2015, LibreCMC merged with LibreWRT, as both have many common goals and to bundle them. LibreCMC uses openWrt as a base, but removes the proprietary software it contains , making it a completely free GNU / Linux distribution.
