Licheng (Changzhi)

Licheng ( 黎城县 , Licheng Xiàn ) is a Chinese district of the prefecture-level city Changzhi province Shanxi . In 1999 it had 156,716 inhabitants.

The site of the Huangyadong Arms Factory (Huangyadong binggongchang jiuzhi 黄 崖洞 兵工厂 旧址) from 1939 to 1943 is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .
