The Russian Lider class ("Lider" for Russian : leader / leader), also known as Project 23560 Lider , is a class of very large guided missile destroyers / cruisers that have stealth capabilities . It was planned from 2016, construction is scheduled to begin in 2020, and commissioning is scheduled for 2023.

In April 2020, the Lider project was suspended until further notice.
