Love, cuddle, cuddle. Help for dealing with child sexuality in preschool age. is a 116-page guide for child sex education. The authors are Lothar Kleinschmidt , Beate Martin and Andreas Seibel . The book was published in several editions by Ökotopia-Verlag, the second and third edition appeared in 1994. The fourth edition in 1996. The author Beate Martin works at pro familia Münster and lecturer at the Institute for Sex Education in Dortmund. The book is part of the "Sexualpädagogische Reihe" from pro familia North Rhine-Westphalia. It contains texts, images and game suggestions.

The authors describe the objections “of some parents to the commitment of the kindergarten to sexual education” as “an expression of a fundamentally sexually hostile attitude”.

In 1999 there were critical reports in the press in Bild am Sonntag and RTL . pro familia took a position on this: “From the adult point of view, 'sex games' and 'fiddling' are spoken of and marketed here. Articles like broadcast correspond to the daily portrayal of sexuality in the media and its abuse for commercial purposes. Here, pro familia's work on the sexual development of children is handled irresponsibly. "
