Liliana Porter

Liliana Porter (* 1941 in Buenos Aires ) is a painter, graphic artist , installation and video artist from Argentina . She has lived and worked in New York City since 1964 , where she has taught at Queens College, City University of New York since 1991 .
Porter studied at the art school in her hometown and at the Mexican Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City . She has shown her work to an international audience in many solo and group exhibitions around the world; some of her works are in renowned museums.
