List compiler

List compilers or address publishers are companies that create lists with addresses of consumers or companies and sell or rent them out.

In contrast to the list broker or address broker, the address lists are created on the basis of external sources such as telephone books, daily press or business reports. The addresses are traded to interested parties, who can then use these addresses for their own marketing campaigns.
