List of wayside shrines and field crosses in Neckarsulm

The wayside shrines and wayside crosses in Neckarsulm in the Heilbronn district in northern Baden-Württemberg date from the 17th to the 20th centuries and are located in and around the town. The list also includes some objects destroyed during World War II.

Scheuerberg	1895	Crucifixion group made of a metal cross that replaced a weathered wooden cross in 1895, and sandstone figures provided. Sandstone figures by Johann Matthäus Zartmann , the body of Christ from his grandson Wilhelm Zartmann . The hands of Maria are molded from the hands of Emilie Zartmann. Metal cross by Joh. Herold. Already the third cross at this point on the summit plateau of the mountain.
Scheuerberg, sandstone grotto	1975	The bronze half-relief showing Mary with child was donated in 1975.
Height of Stiftsberg – Schlaifenberg		Stone wayside cross, donated by Franz Anton Volk and Maria Anna Volkin.
At the foot of the Stiftsberg	1911	Stone wayside cross on a labeled base, donated by the wine grower August Herold and his wife.
Outskirts between Sulm and grammar school		Wayside shrine with the blood miracle of Walldürn , destroyed in World War II.
Junction Wilfensee- / Natostraße	18./19. century	Old wayside shrine on a column, the image plate with the Trinity was cast in 1978 based on a design by Gertrud Volk .

Vineyards above the swimming pool	18th century	Wayside shrine with crucifixion relief. Relief inscribed FBBMEBM 1767 , base inscribed JOHANNES JUNG MARIA ACADA JUNGIN 1724 .
Wilfenseeweg	1881	Marian column, Maria as Maria Immaculata with child on globe with snake, on the column dated 1881, moved here from another location according to another inscription in 1909. Renovated in 1982.
Front vineyards, upper path	19th century	Stone crucifix, donated by Joh. Alois Speck (1806–1867) and his wife Kath. Josefa Speck (1800–1879).
Hungerberg	1898	Stone pedestal bearing a cross, inscribed with the text from Matthew 10:38: Whoever wants to be my disciple denies himself and takes up his cross and follows me. Erected in 1898, made by Wilhelm Zartmann (1865–1914).
Kunzenberg	1946	Wayside shrine with Mary as Queen of Peace as a half-relief. Inscription: Queen of Peace pray for us . Made by Josef Denz , donated by master saddler Martin Mühleck and his wife Anna geb. Benz.

Lower Hague / Rosenberg	1714	Stone crucifix, base inscription JOHANN ADAM KUN MDCCXIV . Stand in Seestrasse until 1979. The founder, Johann Adam Kuhn († 1724) was a butcher and city schoolboy.
Front garden of the Frauenkirche	18th century	Baroque sandstone figure of the bridge saint Johann Nepomuk, from the old Sulmbrücke. Made by the Neckarsulm sculptor Joseph Kilian Holbusch (1712–1779). Base badly weathered and no longer legible.
Front garden of the Frauenkirche	1829	St. Wendelin as a half-relief on a sandstone base. Probably moved in front of the church when the railway was built in 1866.
Old cemetery, by the memorial		Old wayside shrine with a relief with Mary and child
Bleichstrasse	18th century	Stone crucifix. Base badly weathered and no longer legible. The crucifix was already at this location on the former road to Binswangen before the Bleichstrasse was built.
Binswanger Street	1749	Plastic representation of the carrying of the cross on a stone base. Labeled: Ludwig Beringer / Eva Francisca Beringerin / MDCCXLIX . The founder was the owner of the brickworks around 1779.
Klostergasse	1751	Stone crucifix with Mary on the trunk of the cross. Labeled: O all of you who walk down the road and see whether a Schmertz is like my Schmertz. from the lamentations of Jeremie in 1 Capprei MDCCLI .
Won Rosenberg	1742	Mount of Olives on a stone base, this is labeled 17 HEH 42 / ELB / EHI . Once at the foot of the Hungerberg in a sandstone grotto, moved to its current location due to road construction work.
Kalbenweg	1755	Base of a sandstone crucifix. MDCCLV dated on the upper edge, base inscription in memory of Laura Haas geb. Brunner badly weathered and no longer legible. Was previously set up in front of the entrance to the NSU works.
?	1704	Old wayside shrine, labeled 17 IN 04 , with a more recent relief showing Mary with child.
Sulmtalpark		Marian column with the figure of Mary on globe, before 1980 on the corner of Untere Neckarstrasse and Gottlieb-Daimler-Strasse.
Won Hasenbiegel	1853	Wayside shrine with a relief image of the Holy Family, donated by Franbz Michael Merkle and his wife Josefine. Once set up in the front vineyards.
Won Setz / Tiergarten	1744	Stone crucifix on a sandstone base, this inscribed Heinricus Engelhart / Ratsherr / Anno D 1744 / Elisabetha Engelhartin and provided with Engelhart's coat of arms. The crucifix was once on the middle Hagweg. According to tradition, it was donated by Engelhart after the happy end of an accident with a young bull.

Former Binswanger Strasse / Mühlweg	1925	Wayside shrine depicting the Ascension of Christ, erected in 1925 by the wine grower Heinrich Fischer and his wife. The building that was once opposite the entrance to the barracks was destroyed in World War II.
Old graveyard	1745	Stone crucifix with Mary on the trunk of the cross, on a stone base. Inscription on the base: Franziskus Ehehalt / Anna Cat. Spouse / MDCCXXXXV . The crucifix was once set up as a field cross outside the city before it was moved to the old cemetery.
Riedweg (NSU-Dahenfeld)	1779	Baroque wayside shrine depicting the Assumption of the Virgin, donated by Kaspar Baumgard in 1779.
