from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is a list of songs and chansons by Georg Kreisler . The songs and chansons of the Austrian cabaret artist and singer-songwriter Georg Kreisler (1922–2011) are among the “classics” of songs in the German-speaking world. They revolve around many topics, such as death and transience, everyday life and coping with it, taboos, “dubious, important and regrettable things”, men and women, politics and public order, “love, eroticism and sex”, discrimination, intolerance, anti-Semitism, home and homelessness and many others.
