List of shame

The so-called List of Shame (actually: Children and armed conflict. Report of the Secretary-General ) lists states in which children are killed, sexually assaulted and recruited in armed conflicts. It is awarded annually by a department of the General Secretariat of the United Nations (UN) under the English title Children and armed conflict ( CAAC published) in New York, most recently on April 20, 2016. It is based on the UN Resolution A / RES / 51/77 of February 20, 1997.

The Greek finance minister Evangelos Venizelos also called a list of the country's largest tax debtors published in connection with the international financial crisis from 2007 at the beginning of 2012 "list of shame".
