Monographs

The first editions are in chronological ascending order and, within individual years, arranged alphabetically by title. Some works were also performed that were written between 1902 and 1907 and only appeared in the 1905-1907 edition, as well as works that were published for the first time in Equinox and that later appeared as separate book editions.
