La Selle-en-Hermoy is a French municipality with 810 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement of Montargis and the canton of Courtenay (until 2015: canton of Château-Renard ). The residents call themselves Sellois .

La Selle-en-Hermoy is located in the Gâtinais orléanais landscape , about 102 kilometers south-southeast of Paris . La Selle-en-Hermoy is surrounded by the neighboring communities Louzouer and Thorailles in the north, Courtemaux in the north and north-east, Chantecoq in the north-east, Chuelles in the east, Saint-Firmin-des-Bois in the south, and Saint-Germain-des-Prés in the south and south-west, Amilly to the west and south-west and La Chapelle-Saint-Sépulcre to the north-west.
