Quiers-sur-Bézonde is located about 45 kilometers east-northeast of Orléans on the Bezonde . Quiers-sur-Bézonde is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fréville-du-Gâtinais in the north, Ouzouer-sous-Bellegarde and Bellegarde in the east, Auvilliers-en-Gâtinais in the south and south-east, Beauchamps-sur-Huillard in the south, Bellegarde with an enclave in the southwest, Nesploy in the west and Montliard in the northwest.
