The Bezonde is a river in France that runs in the Loiret department in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises in the municipal area of Nesploy , generally drains east to north-east and reaches below Saint-Maurice-sur-Fessard the abandoned canal Canal d'Orléans , which initially follows it as a side canal . At the hamlet of Montraversier (municipality of Pannes ) the canal flows completely into the Bezonde, which from here serves as a canalised river for the canal. The actual river bed is only visible here in straightened river loops. At the hamlet of the bow (municipality Corquilleroy ) the Bezonde achieved under the name Canal d'Orléans ship canal Canal du Loing , a side channel of the same name river Loing . Under the name of the Canal du Loing, the Bezonde continues to Cepoy , where it is discharged into the Loing as a left tributary after a total of 35 kilometers.
