The Canal d'Orléans limits the municipality to the east. Corquilleroy is surrounded by Treilles-en-Gâtinais in the north and north-west, Girolles in the north and north-east, Cepoy in the north-east, Châlette-sur-Loing in the east and south-east, Pannes in the south and south-west and Gondreville in the north-west.

Autoroute A19 and Autoroute A77 run through the municipality .
