Le Bignon-Mirabeau is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Égreville in the north and north-west, Jouy in the north-east, Bazoches-sur-le-Betz in the east and south-east, Rozoy-le-Vieil in the south, Pers-en-Gâtinais in the south and south-west and Chevry -sous-le-Bignon to the west.
