Fréville-du-Gâtinais is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Loup-des-Vignes in the north and north-west, Mézières-en-Gâtinais in the east and north-east, Ouzouer-sous-Bellegarde in the south-east, Quiers-sur-Bézonde in the south and south-west as well Montliard to the west.
