Sceaux-du-Gâtinais is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mondreville in the north, Château-Landon in the east and northeast, Courtempierre in the east and southeast, Corbeilles in the south and southeast, Fontenay-sur-Loing in the south, Bordeaux-en-Gâtinais in the west and Southwest, Auxy in the west and Beaumont-du-Gâtinais and Gironville in the northwest.
