Pierrefitte-ès-Bois is the southernmost commune of the Loiret department. It is located about 70 kilometers southeast of Orléans . Neighboring municipalities of Pierrefitte-ès-Bois are Cernoy-en-Berry in the north and north-west, Châtillon-sur-Loire in the north-east, Santranges in the east, Sury-ès-Bois in the south, Vailly-sur-Sauldre in the south and south-west and Barlieu in the West.
