Paucourt is a French municipality with 904 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It is part of the canton of Châlette-sur-Loing in the arrondissement of Montargis . The inhabitants are called Paucourtois .

Paucourt is completely surrounded by the forest of Montargis ( Forêt de Montargis ). The neighboring municipalities of Paucourt are Fontenay-sur-Loing in the north and northwest, Ferrières-en-Gâtinais in the north, Griselles in the north and northeast, La Chapelle-Saint-Sépulcre in the southeast, Amilly in the south, Châlette-sur-Loing in the west and Southwest as well as Cepoy in the west and northwest.

The A19 car route runs along the northern edge of the municipality .
