Ouzouer-sur-Trézée is located about 72 kilometers east-southeast of Orléans in the wine-growing region of the Coteaux du Giennois on the Trézée and the Canal de Briare . Ouzouer-sur-Trézée is surrounded by the neighboring communities Escrignelles in the north, Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses in the northeast, Breteau in the east, Dammarie-en-Puisaye in the southeast, Ousson-sur-Loire in the south, Briare in the west and southwest, Gien to the west and northwest and La Buissière to the northwest.
