Moulon is about 50 kilometers east-northeast of Orléans . Moulon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chapelon in the north and north-west, Mignères in the north-east, Villevoques in the east and north-east, Saint-Maurice-sur-Fessard in the south and south-east, Villemoutiers in the south and south-west and Ladon in the west and south-west.
