Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Briare in the north and east, Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire in the south and east, Autry-le-Châtel in the south-west, Saint-Martin-sur-Ocre in the west and Gien in the Northwest.
