The facility has been in its original condition since 1912. Since 1997 it has been open to the public as part of the Bohemian Forest Energy Exhibition on the Vydra. Vydra's open low-pressure conveyor is two-thirds of its length as a dug, walled canal that crosses the parallel hiking trail in two places and the remaining length (126 meters) has the shape of an above-ground wooden trough. |
