Little America Basin

The Little America Basin is a lake basin in the Antarctic Ross Sea not far from the Bay of Whales in the Ross Ice Shelf .
The namesake of the name recognized by the Advisory Committee for Undersea Features (ACUF) in June 1988 are the historical research bases Little America on the Ross Ice Shelf.
