The Wage Tax Bayern e. V. is a nationwide wage tax aid association in accordance with Section 13 (1) of the Tax Advisory Act , it has over 675,000 members and is thus one of the largest wage tax aid associations in Germany. The sole purpose of the association is to provide assistance in tax matters within the scope of the authorization under Section 4 No. 11 of the Tax Advisory Act in the currently applicable version for the members. This includes, in particular, assistance and advice in preparing income tax returns and representing members in out-of-court and judicial redress proceedings.
history
In 1966, one of the first citizens' initiatives in the FRG was the wage tax aid Bayern e. V. founded in Munich, which is financed through its socially staggered membership fees. In 1971 the first advice centers outside of Bavaria were set up. From 1991, the wage tax aid Bavaria e. V. is also active in the new federal states and is therefore represented nationwide.

The income tax aid association prepares the income tax return for employees , retirees and retirees within the framework of a membership limited according to § 4 No. 11 StBerG.
Lohi advises within the scope of the legally limited advisory powers

quality control
92% of Lohi members are looked after in advice centers that are run by certified advice center managers. Since 2007 the employees have been subject to the certification procedure according to DIN 77700 - Services of the income tax aid associations by the certification association of the income tax aid associations e. V.
organization
The income tax aid associations e. V. does not work for profit. The association has over 675,000 members. These are looked after in over 300 advice centers that employ a total of more than 1,200 people. Around 980 employees are permanently employed by the association, around 120 independent counseling center managers complete the network. The services of the association are settled with the membership fee and may only be provided for members. The association fees are socially staggered. Income tax aid Bayern e. V. is a member of the Bundesverband Lohnsteuerhilfevereine (BVL), Berlin .
