Lok Sabha constituency of Bijapur South

The Lok Sabha constituency of Bijapur South was a constituency in the elections for Lok Sabha , the lower house of the Indian parliament , from 1951 to 1962 . It belonged to the state of Bombay and from 1956 to the state of Mysore and included the southern part of the then Bijapur district . His successor was the constituency of Bagalkot from the 1967 Lok Sabha election .
