Lupine tofu or Lopino for short is a purely plant-based, protein-containing food based on the seeds of sweet lupins (syn. Blue or narrow-leaved lupins, Lupinus angustifolius ). The firm, yellowish mass resembles tofu in its properties , but, unlike tofu , has an intensely nutty taste.
