Los York’s were a Peruvian garage rock and beat band formed in 1964. They were the first and probably most influential Peruvian band of this era. As a garage beat band, she had her own TV and radio show El Show de los York’s . They are considered the first rock band in Peru to sing in Spanish. Roman Palacios and Fred Aguilar formed the band, which Peace Walter later joined. The first LP Los York's 67 was released on MAG . This is how they established their national fame. In March 1971 the band split up.
