Lotus Improv was spreadsheet software from Lotus Development Corporation (now an IBM company ) for NeXTStep and Microsoft Windows . Lotus Improv represented in-house competition for the established 1-2-3 product and was given to Lighthouse Design , which Improv developed into Quantrix under NeXTstep .
