Loufan

The circle Loufan ( Chinese 娄烦县 , pinyin Loufan Xiàn ) is a Chinese circle to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Taiyuan , capital of the province of Shanxi heard. It has an area of 1289.85 km² and has a population of 120,000 (2004). Its main town is the large municipality of Loufan (娄烦镇).
