Xinghualing

Xinghualing ( Chinese  杏花岭区 , Pinyin Xìnghuālǐng Qū ) is a Chinese municipality that belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Taiyuan , the capital of Shanxi Province . It has an area of ​​170.2 km² and has 519,900 inhabitants. It is the center and seat of the Taiyuan City Government.
