Louis-Joseph Manscour
Louis-Joseph Manscour (born March 20, 1945 in La Trinité , Martinique ) is a French politician of the Mouvement républicain et citoyen .
Life
From June 2002 to June 2012 Manscour was a member of the French National Assembly . Manscour has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014 . There he is Deputy Chairman of the delegation to the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly and a member of the Committee for Regional Development and the delegation to the Cariforum-EU Parliamentary Committee.
