Louis Teplier
Louis Teplier (born October 10, 1979 ) is a former French road cyclist from Guadeloupe .
Louis Teplier won the first stage of the Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional in 2003 . In the 2005 season he was first in the overall ranking of the Tour de la Guyane Française . In 2007 Teplier won a section of the Tour de la Martinique and finished third in the overall standings. A little later he was also successful in a stage of the Tour de Guadeloupe . At the Caribbean Championship, Teplier won the silver medal in the individual time trial. In the 2008 season he won the first stage of the Tour de la Guyane Française and won the overall standings for the second time. In 2009 he won another stage of the Tour de Guadeloupe .
