lsh is a free implementation of the Secure Shell protocol version 2 (SSH) that contains the server and client programs. It can handle SRP as specified in secsh-srp, as well as public-key authentication . Kerberos is also partially supported, but currently only with password verification, not the SSO method.

lsh was rewritten from the ground up and is older than OpenSSH , a more popular alternative.
