Inés Lucía Pinochet Hiriart (born December 14, 1943 ) is a Chilean politician. She is the eldest daughter of the former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet .

Because of tax fraud accused, she traveled to the USA and applied there for asylum. However, she was immediately deported to Argentina, where she was last resident. At her father's funeral in December 2006, she urged those in attendance to keep the flame of freedom of his government alive.

On September 13, 2007, Lucía Pinochet announced that she was running as an independent candidate for a seat in parliament for a constituency in Santiago de Chile. On October 5, 2007, she, her mother, her siblings and 16 other people, including generals, were arrested as part of the Riggs affair on charges of infidelity and use of false passports. After two nights they were all released on bail.

Pinochet was elected as a councilor for the municipality of Vitacura in the 2008 local elections.
