Lucilius Longus

Lucilius Longus († 23) was a Roman senator of the 1st century AD.

Lucilius Longus was a homo novus and probably owed his career to his close friendship with Tiberius . Only the suffect consulate of 7 AD is known.

During the voluntary exile of Tiberius at Rhodes was Lucilius "tarnish his companion in all and had accompanied joyful days and the only senator who Tiberius into solitude in Rhodes." After his death Lucilius was on Senate resolution back on the Forum of Augustus statue set up.
