The residential building at Ludwigstrasse 12 in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) in the Gladbach district was built around the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It was built in the 17th century and entered on December 15, 1987 under No. L 023 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
location
Ludwigstrasse is close to the historic western city wall . The short stretch of road has been almost completely preserved on both sides with historicist buildings.
architecture
The property is a three-storey three - window house with a gable roof . The stucco facade is simply designed.
